About the Deep End Mindset Workshop
Life is a journey.
It is not linear and never static (although we may feel stuck in the grips of fear) .
It also, despite best efforts to convince ourselves otherwise, is never known.
There is no yellow brick road for where we will go in life (you don’t want one, anyway) .
We must treat life as an expedition, a pilgrimage, and equip ourselves for the adventure accordingly.
Without the direction of a marked trail, we need to be equipped with a guidebook & compass that empower us to navigate the unknown effectively. We require tools for the terrain, a quiver of protocols and rituals that ensure we can sustain this journey – even when we are shattered to pieces and ready to give up.
The real purpose of this journey called life? To realize fulfillment, the deepest spring of wealth available to us. Everything else our ego desires will come as a consequence, a lagging indicator, of our ability to navigate towards a true north that is deep ownership and confidence of self gained through a full immersion in life – this is the simplicity of fulfillment (and yet, as we all know, it is anything but simple).
Because life is cyclical and archetypal – meaning there are themes and patterns that will repeat themselves identically for all of us – we are best served with a framework that can be applied to our lives regardless of where we are on our own path.

The Digital Workshop
The Deep End Mindset Workshop is split into 3 part – 3 Acts.
Each Act contains Landmarks that will become your guide along with specific Toolsets required to navigate the terrain. In a facilitated workshop setting you will come to understand the landmarks, begin the process of developing your tools, and develop an initial navigational guide to help you when you’re out in the wild.

Act 1 of the Deep End Mindset Workshop is all about understanding who we are, how we determine what is important to us in life and the neuroscience behind why it’s so easy to get trapped in the comfort zone. Participants will go through exercises focused on uncovering core values, identifying intrinsic drivers and testing out a new goal setting process for their lives. This provides us with the foundational belief and courage to start making our climb up the High Dive.
Where you will come to learn that crossing the Neuroplasticity Gap is one of the most important muscles you can develop through the course of your lifetime.
