Emerge is a 45-day program for men ready to level up their foundation, get unstuck, and build resilience & optimal performance with a small group of like-minded peers.

What is Emerge?

The Emerge program is dedicated to equipping and empowering the next generation of young men with a set of tools to deepen self-confidence, resilience and daily optimal performance.

Hi there, I’m Tyrell Mara, host of the Emerge Program. I have spent the last 20 years working with individuals and teams to increase resilience, purpose, and sustained optimal performance. I believe that when we are equipped with the right tools to build a strong foundation and set effective goals, we can get unstuck, show up with more purpose and impact and level up our overall daily resilience, impact and fulfillment.

Each Emerge program comprises a small group of like-minded peers sharing their experiences and journey over the 45-days. This safe, close-knit group setting enhances the experience and impact available for each attendee.

Why do we need the Emerge Experience, Now?

Young men are navigating immense challenges in life. From feeling stuck or stagnant to constantly being overwhelmed and stressed with day-to-day life. Studies show that depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and a loss of purpose and direction in life are all on an exponential rise. In 2021, the CDC reported that 42% of young adults reported symptoms of anxiety or depression. The Emerge program equips each participant with a Foundation to become more resilient and self-confident in the face of growing stresses, pressure, and uncertainty.

Meet Your ‘Emerge Experience’ Host

Tyrell’s 20-year leadership and optimal performance journey started with chasing an audacious goal to play NCAA Division 1 Basketball. After successfully captaining championship teams from High School to the NCAA, Tyrell has transferred that goal-setting strategy and optimal performance playbook from athletics to business and life.

The Human Performance Project is an initiative aimed at equipping aspiring individuals, groups, and teams with a framework and toolkit to clarify our purpose, get unstuck through effective goal setting, and learn the practical tools of daily optimal performance required to achieve impact and experience fulfillment in life.
