Interestingly the foundation of this approach is nearly identical across the most effective business leaders and elite athletes.

The Human Performance Lab (and this Peak Performance webinar) is dedicated to supporting leaders and athletes gain a working understanding of these tools so that they can practically apply them to their training routines. (BTW – for those of you who are pursuing goals outside of athletics, you will be able to apply these same tools to those areas of your life as well).

During this 1 hour webinar, you will learn the following practical skills and concepts:

  • Effective short and long term goal setting aligned with your Peak Performance events
